10 yard dumpster

12 feet long X 6 feet wide and 4 feet tall.

A 10 yard dumpster is typically used for heavy materials such as dirt, concrete, asphalt, sand, rocks etc. It can hold material upto 10 cubic yards which is approximately 4 pick up trucks worth of dispose. 

Common Uses: Small home clean out projects, spring cleaning, dirt, concrete, sand, rocks, asphalt. 

20 yard dumpster

20 feet long X 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall.

A 20 yard dumpster is typically used for residential projects such as house clean ups, home renovation etc. It comes with an open top and door at the back so the user can easily walk in and dispose the trash. This midsize dumpster can easily fit on the driveways and can hold upto 8 loads of pick truck.

Common Uses: Home clean out projects, spring cleaning, Kitchen renovation, garbage disposal etc.

Cannot be used for dirt, concrete and heavy materials. 

30 yard dumpster

20 feet long X 8 feet wide and 5 feet tall.

A 30 yard dumpster is mostly used for large home cleanups, construction projects, and home renovation projects. 

A 30 yard dumpster can typically hold upto 12 pick up trucks worth of loads. 

Common Uses: Home clean out projects, spring cleaning, Home renovation, garbage disposal, construction projects etc.

The largest dumpster we have is the 40 yard dumpster. This dumpster is ideal for getting rid of large amounts of debris, and large home cleanups. 

A 40 yard dumpster can hold upto 14 pick up trucks worth of load.

Items not allowed in the dumpster:

There are some items we simply don’t have the resources to dispose of per EPA guidelines.

Those items include:

  • Biohazardous materials/medical waste
  • Paint (although dry paint cans are permissible)
  • Batteries
  • Propane tanks
  • Liquids/Solvents/Freon/Chemicals
  • Equipment containing gas or oil
  • Electronics , mattresses, box springs and tires will incur additional handling fees

Rental Period:

Each of our dumpster rentals comes with delivery to your home, office or construction site, a full One-week rental and disposal of your trash (up to designated weight limits). The rental period or waste volume may be increased for an additional fee.

Permits:

Each City has different regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private property, streets or any other public right of way. Contact your local city hall and they will provide you with the regulations and costs to purchase any necessary permits. Pacific Dumpsters is not responsible for obtaining proper permits.

Dumpster Pricing:

The price of a dumpster rental is determined by the city of delivery, dumpster size and the type of debris you will be putting into the roll off dumpster. When you call Pacific Dumpsters, we will give you an all-inclusive price quote based on these specifications. Remember, because we’re a local company we can give you the best price in town.
It’s always a good idea to book your dumpster as far in advance as possible to ensure its availability and our ability to deliver the day you need it. Keep in mind we’re busiest on Mondays and Fridays. While we always appreciate a couple days’ notice, we realize timely delivery is critical to keeping your project moving on time and budget. While speed of service is based on availability, typically, as long as you place your order by noon, we will be able to deliver the dumpster the next business day. In some instances, same day delivery is possible.
